What I learned from watching Vertigo:
- If you throw yourself into the San Francisco Bay, unstable men will fall madly in love with you.
- The two most important skills for good detective work are notetaking and parking your car about 1/3 block behind the car you're following.
- Sweaters with high collars that button all the way down the front are not sexy.
- When talking to the man you're in love with, don't call yourself "Mother," because it's terrifying.
